Time-Out and Self-Exclusion

Crasher wishes to inform you that you may apply for temporary suspension or temporary or indefinite exclusion from participation in the Games.

On submission of the respective application for indefinite future exclusion, Crasher will close your Account. Crasher wishes to inform you that settlement shall be carried out in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. A new Account can be opened at your request, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Crasher urges and encourages you to seek help and support from an addiction treatment center operating in Mexico. While the Time-Out or the Self-Exclusion is in place, we will do our best to not send you any marketing material, although this may not prevent you from receiving any material which has already been dispatched. Please be aware that accounts closed due to reasons other than severe gambling problems may be reopened at any time upon customer request. If you wish to use this service or for more information, please contact us at [email protected], and one of our Representatives will be happy to assist you.
